Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or otherwise engaging with any Rooted in Nature offerings, including, but not limited to, plants, consulting, analytics, bartending, menu creation,
creative services, or mental health advocacy.
You acknowledge and agree to these Terms, including any future revisions,
updates, or related policies that may be posted.
Services & Offerings
Rooted in Nature provides:
Retail and custom plant goods
Creative and design services
Business consulting and analytics (Rooted Analytics)
Beverage consulting and menu development
Licensed mobile bartending (Rooted Bar)
Educational and supportive mental health advocacy experiences (Healing Roots)
Services may vary based on availability, scope, and client needs.
Mental Health Disclaimer
Rooted in Nature/Healing Roots does not provide licensed clinical mental health services.
Our mental health–related offerings are educational, supportive, and explicitly non-clinical in nature. Participation in these programs does not create a therapist–client relationship.
For formal diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care, please consult a licensed mental health professional.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a different arrangement
has been agreed upon in writing.
Please note that any deposits and base fees become non‑refundable once work has begun.
Bartending Services
Bartending services are performed by individuals holding valid OLCC permits
in accordance with Oregon law.
Alcohol is supplied by the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
Service may be refused or discontinued if conditions are unsafe or unlawful.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and materials are
the property of Rooted in Nature and/or
Squarespace Imagine Generation and may not be
reproduced without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Rooted in Nature is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, or other damages that may arise from the
use of its products, services, or
related advice, information, or recommendations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
