At Rooted in Nature, every product and service is created with care, intention, and respect for both people and process. Because many of our offerings are handmade, customized, or service-based, returns and refunds are handled thoughtfully and considered on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and maintain the quality and integrity of our work.

Product Returns & Issues

If your item arrives damaged or you notice any concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the item along with a brief description of the problem so we can review and address the issue promptly.
Once we receive your information, we will assess the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Please note that natural variations in handmade or plant-based items are normal and expected, and are not considered defects.

Service Policies

(Consulting, Bartending, Plant Services, Creative Work)

All services are customized and planned specifically for each client. Because of this, refunds for services are reviewed individually.

If you’re unsatisfied with a service, please reach out within 24 hours of completion so we can discuss your concerns.

Deposits and planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun, as they reserve time, preparation, and resources.
Our goal is always open communication and a fair, respectful resolution.

Taproot

Due to the nature of live events and scheduling complexities, Taproot services are non‑refundable once the booking is confirmed unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.
Any cancellations, postponements, or changes to the reservation may be subject to additional fees depending on the timing, size, and specific scope of the requested adjustments.

Healing Roots

Any mental health-related offerings or information shared by Rooted in Nature/Healing Roots are educational and non-clinical.
Refunds related to these offerings are evaluated individually and do not substitute for licensed medical or therapeutic care.

Additional Notes

Returned products must be in original condition and packaging when applicable. Approved refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
